License Terms

The details that matter. Understand how the Regular and Extended licenses work, what is permitted under each, and what are the limits.

Regular License Terms

  1. The Regular license grants you, the purchaser, an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the product you have selected.
  2. You can use the product to create one single website for yourself or for one client. The resulting website can be sold for a one-time fee. If sold to a client, the license is transferred to the client.
  3. You can modify, change, and manipulate the product. You can combine the product with other works. The resulting product is subject to the terms of this license.
  4. You cannot charge your website's users money to use the product.
  5. You cannot redistribute or resell the product or parts of the product.

Extended License Terms

  1. The Extended license grants you, the purchaser, an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the product you have selected.
  2. You can use the product to create one single website for yourself or for one client. The resulting website can be sold for a one-time fee. If sold to a client, the license is transferred to the client.
